Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Suited account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to Request Deletion

Email cnidaria@quadratrix.ca from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” Please include the email address or name on your account.

We’ll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile (name, age, gender, city, bio, interests, prompt answers)
• Your profile photos
• Your push-notification token
• Your points and leaderboard entry

Messages you sent as part of a shared conversation may remain visible to the other participant, since conversations are shared between two people — but they’ll no longer be linked to an active account of yours.
